Mustard greens 1 kg

Gram flour/ cornmeal ½ cup

Dalda Banaspati 1 cup

Salt to taste

| Directions: |
- Marinate chicken
with red chilies, salt, ginger, lemon juice, white chilies
powder and egg yolk for half an hour. Whisk egg white and
mix all dry masalas. Heat oil. Dip marinated chicken in egg
white, maida, corn flour, suji and rice flour mixture, then
deep-fry it. Delicious crispy and kur Kure chicken nuggets
are ready.
